Lengthy repair lead times

"Our water purification system is used on a daily basis in our lab. We were disappointed with how long it took to schedule the repair when our conductivity sensors started malfunctioning. I would appreciate it if Velolia could provide remote support to allow us to conduct more of these minor repairs ourselves. We appreciate our technician's assistance but hope that Veolia will keep this in mind when designing future instruments."

I would recommend if one have the good option buy milipore.

In order to deliver ultrapure water, we recommend that the system should be fed by pre-purified water ( reverse osmosis, filtered service deionization or distilled water) which we provide a list of feedwater requirements found at https://www.elgalabwater.com/products/purelab-classic.
