"This equipment is truly remarkable. Its user-friendly design eliminates the need to manually stain cells, as the stains (AO and DAPI) are already embedded in the cartridge. All that is needed is to prepare a cell suspension and load it into the cartridge. Once the cartridge is inserted into the equipment, the results, both in image and numerical form, are displayed seamlessly. The post-processing gating is straightforward, utilizing the histogram and scatter plots for easy analysis. Its reliability is commendable, and the data generated is highly reproducible."

Jedoch war ich etwas irritiert, dass mir innerhalb eines Monats von zwei verschiedenen Mitarbeitern der gleiche Service angeboten wurde. Cell counting with the cassettes is very well suited for cells freshly isolated from human material, since there is no clogging of channels/tubes by aggregates, and aggregates are even recognized. With the help of a chemometec employee, my colleague established programs for the cell types that are relevant to us. Good service. And the protocol is very suitable and the measurement is therefore reproducible. The handling is simple, intuitive and reliable, the disadvantage is the high price of the disposable cassettes. Competent and friendly field application scientists. The refresher training was super helpful for me. I learned more about the programs, their suitability for the cell types, the scattergram and aggregates. However, I was a bit irritated that I was offered the same service by two different employees within a month."

"The NC200 is a great device for automatic fluorescence microscopy in a easy way. The Via1-Cassette provides good handling and no extra material is needed. Cause auf the single-use item no cleaning is needed to be done after measuring and the results are usually shown after a few seconds. The accuracy is good and due to the easy handling there is a low probability of failure. Measurment of microcarrier based cell cultures is possible! The annual service provided bei ChemoMetec is a must have to ensure functionality and accuracy of the device/method. The service is quite expensive in camprison to other suppliers, but you got an allround package providing certified test kits to validate the method, varranty time expansion and experts advice for your application. Availability and flexibility of service and sales staff is very good. I would appreciate to get the PQ Test Kit back on free availability to order and not only via service package."

"The NC-200 is a very reliable machine with minimum upkeep. The software is easy to use and can be made 21CFR part 11 compliant. I have used this for cell culture with Tcells, NKs, and HEK cells. My only issue is when I have to dilute a very concentrated product, I lose reproducibility, but that is more a function of the dilution than the instrument itself."

"Using the NC-200 instrument and software is simple and straight forward for the operator, in both R&D and GMP environments. The added security features and automation routines of the software make this system very data integrity-compliant. Results are reliable within the instrument's design range and can be achieved within seconds, no pipetting of sample and reagents required thanks to the VIA-1 cassette. Of course this adds a slight premium to the price per measurement vs the NC-250 system. "I think the NucleoCounter is very robust and easy to use. I appreciate the reproducibility of the results. The only problem we have run into is that we now and then have failed in filling the whole cassette with sample so we have had to redo that, but it feels comforting that it is easily spotted when this happens. Take care to avoid bubbles and keep the cassette in an upright position when filling to minimize problems. The double staining of the cells gives a much more reliable result of both cell concentration and viability of the cells than the method we've used before, and this is very important for the downstream applications we use it for."
