Impossible to perform my research without this instrument

This instrument is the bread and butter for my work which I use almost everyday. And it is not just me there are multiple users who use it every single day. Most of the time it is quite reliable except a few times. But the manual with the instrument is quite detailed and you can use it to perform any minor repair. After sales care is very good, it is a little bit expensive but the technical support personnel are great and very efficient.
