Shimadzu introduces a new generation of FTIR instruments in the infrared product line with the IRPrestige-21. Quantitative Determination
It's much easier to use than older models, and easy to load samples and clean. It's convenient, with not needing plates, and the software is very easy to use and very convenient. Being able to make a calibration curve right after running the data was extremely useful.

Analytical Chemistry
The instrument is very simple, easy to understand and fast with performing measurements. When the machine malfunctions. employees are very fast and efficient with their repairs. Sometimes there are random errors with the instruments when analyzing liquid samples. The instrument is much easier to use than older models. though.
