STELLARIS SpectraPlex Microscope
SpectraPlex for STELLARIS is a comprehensive solution for 3D high-multiplex imaging in spatial biology. It provides a streamlined workflow to simplify panel creation, automate acquisition settings, and acquire data through advanced unmixing algorithms. With SpectraPlex you can ensure data quality and reliability across scales.
SpectraPlex is a 3D high-multiplex imaging solution for the STELLARIS confocal platform, including a White Light Laser as excitation light source. It enables access to 3D high-multiplex spatial information across scales in one go (one round of labelling and imaging), with subcellular detail, and far beyond conventional multicolour imaging.
- SpectraPlex enables the design of high-multiplex experiments in advance. explore and optimize panel options with the integrated Virtual Fridge and Design Panel functionalities. It generates automatically acquisition settings with minimal user interaction, offering intelligent guidance for experimental controls while keeping flexibility for the advanced user.
- Power to see more: Imagine the power to observe finer details in every sample, capture the faintest signals, gather more precise data across the spectrum and push your spatial discoveries with high multiplexing.
- Potential to discover more: Envision the potential to make ground breaking research by incorporating an extra dimension into your experiments with fluorescence lifetime information.
- Productivity to do more: Consider the enhanced productivity that comes with simplified setup and navigation, allowing you to acquire images from complex samples with just a few clicks and focus on data that matters with Autonomous Microscopy Powered by Aivia.
Seamless integration with LAS X Navigator enables fast overviews of samples and the identification of important details instantly.
SpectraPlex integrates powerful unmixing algorithms for high-multiplex unmixing of fluorophores on-the-fly and in one go. The unmixed data is generated automatically together with the corresponding raw images to facilitate all further analysis and interpretation. The user can evaluate the quality of imaging setup and unmixing performance before downstream analysis.
Convenient export of results to aivia.tif format enables easy transfer to aivia for AI-driven downstream image analysis.
