Codex DNA’s Gibson Assembly® Ultra kit expands the range of fragment sizes, fragment numbers, and complexity compatible with scarless and high-fidelity cloning. The robust two-step method seamlessly joins up to 15 inserts into a plasmid vector in 80 minutes or less. Join multiple fragments from 100 bp to 100 kb with 95% cloning efficiency.
