The eve cell countess is very quick at reading the tripan blue/cells mixture. I always read two sides of the slides, and they’re always pretty close in range, so the results are pretty accurate! The only issue we once had was that it was showing low vitality for cells that were clearly viable, so we ended up using another cell counter. But this only happened once and had to do with issues focusing on the cells.
