Overall, we are very satisfied with the C-Chips. They are easy to handle, deliver precise results, and have been reliable in our routine work. The convenience and consistency they offer are much appreciated by our team. One minor drawback is the relatively high cost, which could be a consideration for broader adoption. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great to have options for counting multicellular particles — similar to what can be achieved with a Nageotte chamber. A version with different chamber heights or configurations could make the C-Chip even more versatile for a wider range of applications.

Sometimes adding of cells is quite hard as aor pressure inside is forcing my pipette tip, making cells harder to enter, can increase the opening width by several nanometers, otherwise quite satisfied with ease of use.

Very well designed counting chamber.
CSF microscopy
A fantastic counting chamber. I appreciate the design that allows you to label individual chambers, labelled chambers with pointers that allow you to quickly determine if your chamber is upside down and or inverted. These little things separate average from good chambers. The pipetting well is also far enough from the grid so you keep the microscope objective away from the sample. Would recommend.
