Automatic cell counting works very well.

Average Rating 5.0

Application Area:

BMDM cell counting and viability analysis, followed by cell passaging after counting

BMDM cell counting and viability analysis, followed by post-counting cell passaging, were performed perfectly. In particular, the discrimination of dead cells and the classification by cell size were excellent.

Easy to use and flexible device

Average Rating 5.0

Application Area:

I use this product consistently to count ESCs and iPSCs before making organoids.

This product functions in an easy to use and flexible manner. In our center, we have trainees come and go. This makes the ease of use of this cell counter extremely valuable, since its one less thing our trainees have to worry about learning. Similarly, because this device is shared between many laboratories, the flexibility and customizability it allows when creating counting protocols is very useful. Overall a pretty great device!

Great for flow cytometry prep!

Average Rating 5.0

Application Area:

Cell counting from digested murine tissue

The ADAM-MC Plus provides a very elegant - and affordable - option for counting cells derived from the digestion of mouse tissues, for the preparation of samples for flow cytometry. The instrument's ability to distinguish cells from debris via the AO stain make it particularly well-suited for this application compared to competitors that utilize trypan blue and/or particle size to measure cells/viability. It's especially helpful to be able to start analyzing 4 samples at a time while preparing the next 4.

Best one out there for RWBC to test your blood components with.

Average Rating 5.0

Application Area:

Blood Component Processing

Easy to use and little to no maintenance. I have been using this instrument since 2018 and no major problems occurred during that time until now. Its function helps us determine if the unit will be no good for transfusion service/blood bank to use. I am not sure if there are more instrument like this in the market, but I do know that this one takes the cookie. Fast, reliable, compact, lightweight and easy to use. Would definitely recommend to anyone rather than using a flow cytometry for residual wbc count because it is highly more practical.

Adam residual wbc is easy to handle and not time consuming.
