"While using the Corning Elplasia plates, almost all the cells aggregated nicely and the spheroids created pronounced protrusions/buds. The Corning Elplasia plates with less adhesion properties allow the spheroids to change shape more freely. Since plate surface quality is a key parameter I use Corning Elplasia plates for my experiments."
