Ron’s Cell-Free DNA Extraction Kit is suitable for extraction of nucleic acids like circulating tumor DNA from plasma and serum. This kit contains a novel class of magnetic beads for highest recovery of small and large DNA fragments. The fast and easy protocol can also be adapted in automatic extraction. For manual extraction BIORONs MagicMag Rack should be used. DNA yielded with this kit can be used for further analysis in Real-Time PCR or digital PCR.

This version of Ron’s Cell-Free DNA Extraction Kit is suitable for a sample volume of 500 µl – 1 ml. For larger sample volume please use Ron’s Cell-Free DNA Extraction Kit II.
