Easy to use, reproducible results, reduced plate load errors and efficient execution.
Enzymatic assays/LAL assays
Ease of Use: Andrew+ and OneLab are easy to use. Andrew+ is not an intimidating robot to work with and OneLab is easy to learn to use and enables facile creation and execution of new protocols. Andrew+ uses standard pipettes which is useful to comply with calibration requirements following standard in house protocols. Together they enable reproducible filling (e.g. less load errors in 96 well plates), complex layout of assay plates, uniform standard curve production, and efficient assay plate execution. An additional benefit is the happier analyst who can spend time doing other things with the elimination of multiple repetitive and tedious pipetting steps. Log files are created for each run creating a record of what was executed including materials and pipettes which helps with documentation i.e. reports and process needs. The robot also looks really great in the lab and has starred in one video already. After sales care: The team at Andrew Alliance is always professional and helpful. We have had some issues with communication between the Andrew+ and OneLab and they have arranged returns and repairs as needed; however, sometimes it can take a while to solve problems. I believe this has to do with the rapid growth of the Andrew+ adoption and the fact that the team is spread thin. Value for the Money: Andrew+/OneLab price point is in the mid-range for robotic liquid handling systems and represents a good to very good value. Add on "tools" for Andrew+ such as shakers and grippers add to this value. The dominoes are easy to work with and really simplify setting up the deck; however, they are expensive and the “starter system” does not necessarily meet most common needs.

Andrew+ Pipetting Robot for LC/LC-MS general liquid handling
Many LC and LC-MS laboratory protocols involve liquid handling procedures such as serial dilution, concentration normalization, plate reformatting, and the creation of a standard curve. In all cases the experimental set-up demands highly accurate and precise liquid handling that is both repeatable and fully traceable. Accurate pipetting during an LC and LC-MS workflow is critical, since any deviation will propagate to all subsequent steps, impacting the quality of vital data be it for research, pre-clinical development or quality control.
The connected laboratory for LC and LC-MS Workflow Automation
Andrew+ is an intelligent robot that allows scientists to develop reproducible, traceable, and easily implemented sample preparation protocols through highly repeatable pipetting. When using OneLab, a cloud-native software environment, experiments can be intuitively designed, reproducibly executed and tracked through a rapidly evolving ecosystem of connected devices and accessories.
