This application note aims to simplify the released N-glycan preparation workflow using the Andrew+ pipetting robot from Andrew Alliance. The protocol was designed using reagents and consumables from the RapiFluor-MS N-glycan analysis kit for maximum fluorescence and mass spectrometric detection of N-glycans.
