Our lab was looking for 2D barcoded tubes to work with our 2D scanner and compared quite a few different brand name products. This tube and rack system is high quality with a comparatively low price tag. The racks are very sturdy and well-made with a nice locking mechanism. It is also a plus how the racks are white so if you need to write on them, a standard sharpie will work just fine. The racks work great with multi-channel pipettes and has significantly decreased the amount of time spent aliquoting samples. The customer care representatives are very professional, nice, and responsive. Definitely recommend this product on every level.
