Beer Alcolyzer is a pretty user friendly instrument. There are no Molson Coors Breweries without such instruments. It is something that is treated as "default" instrumentation in each laboratory. During its daily use, it has proved efficient and repeatable and additionally during reliability checks, so called ring analyses, where measured results are confirming correctness of used methodologies, education of analysts and reliability of equipment. This equipment is easy to use, but with respect to the user manual and related instructions. Key elements of use with such instrumentation are maintaining equipment in a proper way, cleaning, verification and calibration of the equipment in accordance with prescribed instructions. The Alcolyzer Beer Analyzing System is a highly accurate beer analysis system which determines the alcohol content of all types of beers, beer mixtures, low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beer, as well as ciders and alcopops. The system consists of the DMA™ 4500 M or DMA™ 5000 M density meter, the Alcolyzer Beer ME measuring module, and the Xsample™ 520 sample changer. The patented NIR measuring method eliminates the influence of other sample constituents on the alcohol measurement and therefore guarantees highly precise results.
