This product is very useful for extensive characterization studies and It is more user friendly than other vendors. 2D-LC used for heart-cut comprehensive heart cut of single and multiple peaks characterization by various formats of chromatography like, Protein-A to IEX, Protein-A to RP-HPLC, IEx to RP-HPLC. Agilent should focus more on applications of Biosimilars and Agilent should provide more training on the instrument.
