In view of increasing your productivity, avoiding contamination and improving your work efficiency, PrimaDiag created ACSIA NGSLibPrep Edition. It uses our software PrimaControlleur®II and has been designed to allow you to effectively perform your libraries preparation.
ACSIA NGSLibPrep Edition allows you to perform 96 samples without human intervention libraries. To do so, it operates from just after the fragmentation up through the final PCR amplification. It is in this last step at the end of the process that a sufficient quantity of interesting fragments is obtained. Moreover, with our software and its innovative SMT technology, it ensures lower process costs by reducing the quantity of tips used during your manipulations. ACSIA NGSLibPrep Edition minimizes the use of your reagents and consumables during your processes and prevents waste. It also ensures minimal sample loss during treatment. At the end of your processes the yield with ACSIA NGSLibPrep Edition is increased by 20% over manual treatment and process costs are and highly reduced.
To perform the libraries preparation, ACSIA NGSLibPrep Edition is available with 16 SBS positions integrating our patented Magnetic Work Unit and our heatingShaker 3000. This configuration is provided with a 250µL 1-channel pipetting head and a 250µL 8-channel pipetting head. Its’ PrimaController®II software offers both a realistic and interactive view as well as real-time assistance to increase your efficiency by letting you focus on your own tasks.

This application note demonstrates the efficiency of library preparation using NEBNext Ultra DNA Lib Prep kit with ACSIA NGSLibPrepEdition in comparison to a manual method. Performing NGS requires time consuming library preparation, which can be drastically reduced through automation.
