The Malvern ZetaSizer Pro is an easy-to-use particle size and zeta potential analyzer which can be simplified to use for standardized quality assurance measurements. Setting up individual programs for our different materials and QA requirements has simplified our quality processes and enables reliable and repeatable measurements of particle sizes and particle charges. The instrument and associated computer program are straight-forward and can be set up to run standardized measurements without requiring detailed re-evaluation of the testing protocol.

Malvern's Zetasizer Pro is the best for my research
Biomolecules
I usually use Zetasizer Pro Red to analyze the aggregation state of biomolecules. The biomolecules were labeled with a fluorophore that sometimes hindered the analysis because of overlapping the excitation wavelength. However, this equipment has a narrow band filter that cuts off the excessive fluorescence from the fluorophore emission so that my experiment was successfully accomplished. I tried several DLS devices, such as Otsuka, Horiba, Shimazu, and so on, but Malvern's is the best for my research. Also, the aftercare service is satisfied.

The Zetasizer Pro is a robust and versatile system for the measurement of particle and molecular size and electrophoretic mobility and zeta potential of nanoparticles. It enables size measurements to be performed up to three times quicker, compared to previous models, accelerating sample throughput and freeing up operator and system time for other tasks.
Even novice users will produce the highest-quality measurements, thanks to the intuitive interface and the deep learning empowered data quality advice system that highlights issues and provides advice on how to overcome them.
The Zetasizer Pro incorporates Non-Invasive Back Scatter (NIBS®) technology for the precise measurement of particle and molecular size over an extended concentration range.
The system also provides excellent zeta and electrophoretic mobility measurements using M3-PALS technology. The addition of Constant Current Mode for measuring electrophoretic mobility and zeta potential in high conductivity media reduces the likelihood of errors associated with charge screening at higher ion concentrations.
A wide choice of cuvettes is available for a variety of measurement applications, including disposable and affordable folded capillary cells to enable measurements in very low sample volumes using our patented diffusion barrier method, without direct sample-electrode contact.
The new software suite, ZS Xplorer, is designed to simplify and automate even complex analysis, allowing challenging measurements to be completed without expert knowledge.
