Empyrean XAS
Empyrean XAS integrates laboratory-based X-ray absorption spectroscopy with the multipurpose Empyrean platform, enabling XANES and EXAFS alongside XRD, scattering and imaging. It reveals oxidation state, coordination geometry, interatomic distances and short-range order in one consistent workflow.
Empyrean XAS adds laboratory-based X-ray absorption spectroscopy to the flexible Empyrean platform. Researchers can combine XANES and EXAFS with diffraction, scattering and imaging on one instrument, linking local chemical environments with nanoscale organization and long-range crystal structure.
