Our catalog of high quality monoclonal and polyclonal primary antibodies are suitable for use in numerous applications, including flow cytometry, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and western blot. They are available labeled with a variety of fluorescent dyes or proteins including FITC, PE, PerCP, and APC, enzymes such as horseradish peroxidase, or biotin for further amplification via labeled streptavidin.
Definitive phenotypic identification of certain cell types can require labeling of both cell surface and intracellular markers. For this purpose, we offer an industry-leading cell fixation and permeabilization kit – FIX&PERM® – which offers several advantages over other methods for intracellular staining of cells in flow cytometry. The specific formulations reduce background and allow simultaneous addition of permeabilization medium and fluorochrome-labeled antibodies, allowing staining of extracellular surface markers and intracellular structures such as cytoplasmic enzymes, nuclear proteins, oncoproteins, cytokines and immunoglobulins.
