Very fast and easy results

Average Rating 5.0

Application Area:

Analyze AAV and AdV

We have been using the Stunner for a year, and it has helped to speed up the development of many different processes for our AAV platform. With the new Adenovirus quantification, we are now also able to characterize our adenovirus samples, which is very helpful.

This device is a game changer in the DSP Development of AAVs!

Average Rating 4.7

Application Area:

In process control of Downstream Process Development AAV samples

The Stunner is amazing. It generates reproducible cp and vg titers with an incredible speed and requires almost no sample. It is as simple in handling as a normal Nanodrop for AAVs. The service and support by the product manager is great. We cannot imagine to continue any AAV related DSP development work without the Stunner. Highly recommended.

Combine and conquer.

Stunner is the only system that pulls together UV/Vis concentration, rotating angle dynamic light scattering (RADLS) and multi-angle light scattering (MALS) data on the same 2 μL sample. Nail down your lipid nanoparticle quality by knocking particle concentration, size, mass, detection of aggregates and total RNA off your list in one shot. Rack up protein concentration, sizing, molecular weight, and aggregate detection, all at once. Dig in to your AAV or AdV to get the total capsid titer and empty/full ratio. Without skipping a beat, you’ll know if your LNPs, proteins or viral vectors are good to go.

Level up your nanoparticle quant and sizing on Stunner

When creating nanoparticles as fast as possible, researchers need analytical techniques which keep up. Whether that means keeping up with tons of new particle varieties or just being able to run batch after batch made during process optimization, gathering payload concentration and nanoparticle size data always sucks up lots of time. Current methods for quantification are often complex, requiring standard curves and breaking down your particle. Getting size information is usually a slow one-at-a-time job and consumes high volumes of sample.

Stunner now does the heavy lifting for you to produce high-throughput, non-destructive nanoparticle quant and sizing. Stunner’s intelligent UV/Vis-based quantification measures your payload as-is, without dyes or destructive workflows, and pairs it with high-throughput DLS to deliver size and aggregation info – all on just 2 µL of sample. In this webinar, we’ll show you how easy it is to customize the quantification of your nanoparticle, no matter what’s loaded inside: RNA, DNA, protein, or small molecules. Step up your nanoparticle characterization game with reagent-free, standard-free, and hassle-free quant and sizing on Stunner.

Stunner AF

Unchained Labs

Stunner AF adds fluorescence detection to plate-based, high-throughput rotating angle dynamic light scattering (DLS) and UV/Vis absorbance measurements from 2 µL on up to 96 samples. Combine all three technologies to measure LNP size, encapsulation efficiency (EE%), and particle concentration data in one experiment. Pivot and pair up UV/Vis and DLS to quantify and size proteins, ADCs, peptides – just like Stunner.
