Diagnostic samples, research
I am both the user and the purchaser. They blades work well. They are sharp and do not seem to have any oil residue on them. I cut animal samples and they hold up well through bone.

Excellent cryostat blade
Cryostat.. Mohs
Mohs is a different beast and these HP blades are excellent. 15 cases today on one blade. Sharp enough for very delicate thin skin and extremely fatty skin as well. We have implemented these blades in all our mohs clinics!

Routine Histology
I purchase for a moderate sized histology lab, and I have several histotechs who will only use Statlab's Polycut Plus blades. We tend to see less wrinkling and catching with the Polycut Plus blades, and they stay sharp longer than most others.

Pathology lab/microtome
I've purchased and used the polycut blades at the pathology lab I work at. Though it does have a smooth/easy cut, I feel the price of the product should be re-visited. There have been other manufacturers that have give me the same quality of blade with a more affordable price. Other than that, they work perfectly fine.
