The PiSmart cassette printer has been a great addition to our lab. We added our first for a very specific need in our morgue, but quickly planned to add more to our main gross room due to the quality of the print, readability, and ease of use.

I'm not going to say there haven't been issues, there have been. Terry and Ryan have been awesome in that area, alway's willing to trouble shoot. We have utilized the "StatSwap" twice I think. Overall, the purchase has been a massive upgrade from what we used to do!

An additional single-slide manual load option allows users to bypass the hoppers when needed.
