Overall, I love our new PiSmart printer, and it is providing the efficiency that was needed. It has been an adjustment working out the differences from our old cassettes. These cassettes are smaller but with the right lens paper or sponge combination, I finally have a rhythm. In the future when making a sales pitch, make sure to find out what tissues they submit, physically look at the equipment being potentially replaced, and take notes of what they need.

I am both purchaser and use a little. The unit is user friendly, but more than anything, the Statlab team is super accessable and walk us through things as they come up. Private laboratory setting
I wanted to say we recently started using our PI Print smart cassette printers we did have some initial problems in the beginning but Jonas and Adam had been great about addressing our problems and concerns. we had an older printer that was on the service contract which started giving us issues and Statlab overnighted us a loaner printer with all of configurations so all we and to do was plug and play resume working without missing a beat. Overall i would give it 5 stars for service. Thanks again to Adam and Jonas for helping us get everything working perfectly.

Improved workflow and quality of work
Histology Lab
GI biopsy only, private practice, which tripled in volume in the last year. The PI Smart cassette and slide printer interfaced seamlessly with our LIS by the full support of the StatLab team. Quickly produces high quality printed cassettes and slides, very little downtime and product errors. In the event there is an issue the StatLab support team is readily available and able to easily walk you through troubleshooting. The printing on the cassettes is dark, bold, and extremely legible and durable. The style of print needed is completely customizable to our needs, again set up with full and friendly assistance from the StatLab team. I would recommend the PiSmart printers for ease of use, quality printing, and a dedicated support team!
