The Ansh Labs' Mouse PAPP-A enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is a quantitative three-step sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of PAPP-A in mouse serum, cell supernatant and other biological fluids.
- Dynamic range of 0.24-10.3 ng/mL
- Sensitive to 0.020 ng/mL
- Total 3.5 hour incubations
- No cross-reactivity to Stanniocalcin-1, Stanniocalcin-2, Alpha-2-Macroglobulin, or proMBP
