The MAGneat Blood Tissue Saliva DNA Extraction Kit efficiently purifies high molecular weight DNA from a broad range of samples, including whole blood (collected in EDTA, Heparin, or Citrate), saliva (fresh or stabilized), and tissue samples.
Microzone’s proprietary buffer formulations and MAGneat magnetic beads ensure that high-quality DNA is retrieved from even the toughest of samples. The MAGneat magnetic beads bind to DNA reversibly and selectively, purifying higher molecular weight DNA compared to spin column-based methods while also being perfect for automation.
