I purchased the Bioluminescence 96 from Byonoy after a successful trial, during which the team provided fantastic support in setting up experiments with live, luciferase-transfected cells. The machine has exceeded expectations: its user-friendly software, impressive sensitivity, and absence of cross-contamination between wells make it a remarkable piece of equipment for its price point. The ability to either manually choose the integration time or use the quick and sensitive preset settings makes it incredibly easy to switch between complex experimental setups and rapid recordings to monitor cell expression. I’ll definitely consider purchasing additional units to run multiple longitudinal experiments in parallel.
