DNA purification from culture plates: InviPrep Fast Lysis Buffer kit

In this video, Invitek demonstrates how to use its InviPrep® Fast Lysis Buffer kit for DNA purification from culture plates. The buffer shows exceptional efficiency in lysing both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, while simultaneously removing potential inhibitors present in the eluate. As a result, PCR-ready extracts can be easily obtained, facilitating their use in subsequent molecular biology applications such as PCR or loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP).
