Ready-to-use Master Mix simplifies reaction setup and allows direct-to-gel loading. The optimized formulation provides amplification of a variety of targets, while eliminating non-specific products, resulting in higher yields and greater sensitivity than standard Taq.
The GoTaq® G2 Hot Start Green Master Mix also contains a gel loading dye facilitating downstream gel analysis – go directly from your PCR reaction to gel analysis. The GoTaq® G2 Hot Start Colorless Master Mix contains no gel loading dye and is used when downstream applications require fluorescence or absorbance readings without purification.
