Cloning multiple fragments
We do cloning a lot and sometimes we are not able to find multiple restriction sites to clone multiple fragments. Even if we can, the process is very time consuming. With this Gibson assembly kit we can clone 2 to 6 different pieces of DNA into a plasmid with high efficiency in just 15 minutes.
