The Cyto-Cellect™ Human IgGK Detection Kit has been developed to provide Cyto-Mine® users with an easy-to-use, standardized assay format for the detection of secreted human IgG antibodies in picodroplets. The sensitive FRET-based assay rapidly detects the presence of human IgG with kappa light chain after secretion from encapsulated cells, to characterize and measure antibody production. Rapid detection of IgG enables high-throughput identification and selection of cells with the highest productivity for more efficient cell line development.
The complete kit is manufactured without the use of or contact with animal-derived materials, offering an animal-origin-free reagent kit that provides confidence in the reproducibility and consistency of the assay and conforms to regulatory requirements in cell line development.
