Description
The CAS-BIND™ Poly Caspase (Z-LETD-FMK) inhibitor is a cell-permeable inhibitor that forms an irreversible covalent bond with active caspases (3, 6, 8, 9) inside the cell. The activation of caspases is a hallmark event in apoptosis. To inhibit apoptosis in cell culture assays, the inhibitor should be added prior to induction of apoptosis.
