AdvanceBio Glycan Mapping
Agilent AdvanceBio Glycan Mapping Columns are designed and manufactured to deliver FAST, high resolution, reproducible glycan identification using HILIC chromatography.
Agilent AdvanceBio Glycan Mapping Columns are designed and manufactured to deliver FAST, high resolution, reproducible glycan identification using HILIC chromatography. AdvanceBio Glycan Mapping columns leverage technology that optimizes results for MS and fluorescence detection. Choose from two UHPLC configurations: 2.7 µm superficially porous, for high resolution and lower backpressure, or 1.8 µm for highest resolution. Order AdvanceBio Glycan Mapping columns with a selection of standards for performance testing and retention mapping of labeled and unlabeled glycans. Our AdvanceBio N-glycan sample preparation kits provide all the components needed for the sample prep workflow with a comprehensive procedure to simplify the process.
Features:
- Speed: Obtain glycan maps in less than 10 minutes, superior results – in 40% less time than the competition
- High-resolution: Characterize both labeled and unlabeled glycans, and identify any glycosylation changes that occur due to process variables
- Flexibility: 2.7 µm superficially porous particles for high resolution with less backpressure. For UHPLC analysis 1.8 µm particles are an ideal choice
- Reproducibility: QA tested with a 2-AB labeled IgG N-linked glycan sample to ensure consistent quality and performance
Analysis of oligonucleotides using an ion-pairing-free reversed-phase method with TOF LC/MS
The most common method for the analysis of synthetic oligonucleotides is ion-pairing reversed-phase (IPRP) however, it is costly, environmentally harmful, and requires dedicated instrumentation. Explore an alternative method that uses time-of-flight liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (TOF LC/MS) and a reversed-phase (RP) chromatographic method which enables accurate and repeatable analysis of diverse oligonucleotides without the use of ion-pairing reagents.
Emerging alternative analytical techniques for oligonucleotide separation and purification
As the therapeutic oligonucleotide market continues to mature, the need for alternative analytical approaches emerge to meet those demands. The current standard widely used for oligonucleotide analysis is ion-pairing reversed-phase chromatography (IP-RP) and ion-exchange chromatography (IEX). However, these instruments come with limitations such as, incompatibility and flexibility.
Explore an effective and emerging technique for oligonucleotide workflows – hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC) – and uncover the benefits it can provide for your separation and purification of oligonucleotides.
