Winners of the 2021 Scientists’ Choice Awards® for best new general lab, separations and spectroscopy products were announced live by SelectScience CEO Kerry Parker and Editor Dr. Matt McArdle to an online audience of industry leaders and scientists.
Now in their 14th year, the awards are unique in the industry as they are chosen by scientists. Each year, we invite analytical scientists around the globe to participate by nominating, reviewing and voting for the lab products that have had the greatest impact on their work. This year’s winning video ‘New organic chemistry laboratories highlight the importance of a safe research environment’ is an interview with Prof. Stacy O’Reilly, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Butler University.

This year’s winning article was titled ‘Striving for product quality assurance in the ‘wild west’ of medical cannabis’ and featured technology from Sartorius.
