Spark Holland introduces Symbiosis™ PICO: A small, affordable and versatile online SPE System

Symbiosis™ PICO is Spark's latest integrated HPLC and Online SPE system. It offers all the advantages of online Solid Phase Extraction like higher assay sensitivity, no manual labor and lower costs of analysis. The new Multi Dimensional SPE mode allows the use of 2 different extraction mechanisms on 2 separate disposable SPE cartridges in one sample run, resulting in the highest possible clean-up per sample.

The Symbiosis™ PICO handles sample volumes from 10µl up to 10ml and can add, mix and dilute samples prior to the analysis, fully automated! The newly developed high pressure gradient LC pumps come with a 4 channel solvent selector to allow the use of multiple LC solvents. Combined with the optional column oven with integrated 6 port LC column selector, a large variety of LC conditions can be selected in one unattended run, giving the highest degree of flexibility.
