Masterflex® expands its portfolio with a new Reglo piston pump for more fluid handling options. The new Ismatec® Reglo digital piston pump drive with MasterflexLive® offers accurate performance and precise digital control. These compact pump systems optimize pumping with ease of use, accuracy and reliability. They are ideal for pharmaceutical dispensing, fill/finish and cleanrooms; university and lab research transfer, dispensing, automation, filtration, perfusion, chromatography and research involving organic solvents; and specialty chemical transfer, research and fill/ finish applications.

The Reglo pump’s 5 inch (12.7 cm) capacitive TFT/RGB touch screen makes pump operation easier than ever before. Viewing pump information is no longer a struggle with the touch screen’s crisp resolution and wide viewing angle, unlike other piston pumps on the market today. Switching modes is a cinch—continuous run, volume dispense, and time dispense with batch control and interval/off time available in volume and time modes—all at a gentle touch even when wearing gloves.

Fluid handling is optimized not only with the Reglo’s user-friendly touch-screen interface, but also by its abilities to save and retrieve commonly used dispense programs for rapid set up; anti-drip and speed ramping functions, in the volume dispense mode, to ensure accuracy and minimize sample loss; and flexible operational control from the touch screen, MasterflexLive®, or analog remote control. The valveless piston pump head is low maintenance and has fewer piston seizures or clogs and features a single moving part for less drift over time—offering millions of cycles of reliable, repeatable pumping.

Masterflex Cloud-enabled drives featuring MasterflexLive allow for real-time remote pump control and monitoring. Get real-time control of all pump parameters, including speed, flow rate, dispense volume, and more. You can monitor and adjust critical processes running 24/7 without the need for onsite personnel while push notifications alert you to operating conditions and error messages.

Traceable Memory-Loc™ Data Logging Thermometers

Cole-Parmer Instrument Co.

Raw data is locked and may not be cleared or changed on base unit Store up to 10 unique alarm events, memory can be cleared after downloading data Smart-Alarm™ with visual/audible alarm continues to alert even if the unit returns to nonalarm conditions Triple-display—shows high, low, and current temperature simultaneously Includes NIST-Traceable certificate from our A2LA accredited (1750.01) calibration laboratory Easily monitor temperatures overnight or for any time period—stores over 1 million temperature observations. Datalogger will stop recording when storage is full and will not overwrite recorded data. Memory can be cleared after downloading data and alarm events. Set high and low alarms in 1° increments; alarm sounds when temperature rises above or falls below set points. The alarm tracking feature stores data for up to 10 different alarm events detailing when the alarm state occurred, as well as when the unit returned within range. Alarm state indicator include audio alerts and flashing LCD segments. Transfer data recorded in a CSV format to any computer via a USB flash drive—no software is required. Unit continues to record data while downloading data. Sampling rate is 5 sec (10 sec for models 98768-55, -56, -59, and -60). Select logging interval ranging from 1 min to 24 hours. Other status indicators include low-battery, memory full, USB data transfer, and active alarm state. Probe is attached to a 10-ft (3 m) microcable that permits a door to close on it. Mount meter with included hook-and-loop strips, wall-mount slots, or use flip-open stand on benchtop. Select from glycol-filled glass, or vaccine bottle probe(s), standard plastic Bullet™ probe(s), or stainless steel probe(s). Bottle probes contain nontoxic glycol solution which is considered GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the FDA. The solution filled bottle simulates the temperature of other stored liquids and eliminates the rapid temperature fluctuation caused by opening the refrigerator/freezer door. Vaccine bottles are designed to fit vaccine trays. Use standard Bullet probe to measure air and liquid temperatures. Bullet probe sensor and cable may be completely immersed; sensor measures 3/4"L x 0.187" dia (19 x 4.75 mm). Durable stainless steel probes measure 6-1/4"L x 0.125" dia (159 x 3.18 mm) and withstand both low and high temperatures—ideal for measuring temperatures of air, liquids, and semi-solids. Traceable® Products have an individually-numbered Traceable® Certificate provided with each unit, that assures accuracy from our ISO/IEC 17025:2005(1750.01) calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability of measurements to the SI units through NIST or other recognized national measurement institutes (NMI) that are signatories to the CIPM Mutual Recognition Agreement. Each product goes through an intense vetting process before it can carry the Traceable name, thus saving you both time and money by not having to calibrate separately.
