Hamilton is pleased to announce the official opening of its new customer service center in Spain, Hamilton Iberia S.L.U., located in Badalona, to directly support the increasing number of Hamilton laboratory automation solution customers in Spain and Portugal.

The Hamilton experts at this new office cover the automated liquid handling lines as well as process analytical measurement systems for measuring solutions in pH, ORG, DO, conductivity and cell density.

With direct access to resources in technical support and applications at the new Spanish subsidiary, customers can rely on timely, local support for existing systems as well as expert knowledge for the automation of new applications. “The number of labs benefitting from automation with Hamilton’s proven liquid handling solutions is increasing tremendously”, says Andreu Pascual, Territory Manager Iberia at Hamilton Iberia S.L.U. “The office in Barcelona allows us to offer Spanish and Portuguese customers the competent and fast support Hamilton is known for.”

The team is completed by two Support Specialists for Application and Technical Support as well as a Customer Representative in the office. Together, these highly qualified automation experts will support Spanish laboratories in automation questions, bringing Spanish customers “Innovation for Automation”.
