Gold Award for Multipette® stream and Multipette® Xstream

The Eppendorf Multipette® stream / Xstream received the reddot Award already, and it has now won another prize, the "IBO (Instrument Business Outlook) Gold Award for Laboratory Equipment Industrial Design 2006”.

The Multipette® stream / Xstream is a high-tech electronic hand dispenser with a streamlined design that represents a successful synthesis of ergonomics and esthetics. In the development of the Multipette special attention was paid to light weight and ergonomic design.

The control panel on the Multipette is clearly arranged and user-friendly. The pipette weighs 185 g and is slightly curved so it fits snugly in the hand and ensures fatigue-free work. One outstanding feature of this model is its function selection wheel, an innovative mechanism for choosing the dispensing mode.
