Translating Retention Times of Target Peptides across LC-MS Proteomic Platforms

This poster demonstrates a quick, robust test of platform suitability and establishes retention factors of target peptides for translating retention times from ‘proteomics discovery’ data to ‘targeted’ proteomics LC-MS platforms.
