Anton Paar develops, produces and distributes highly accurate laboratory instruments and process measuring systems, and provides custom-tailored automation and robotic solutions. It is the world leader in the measurement of density, concentration and CO² and in the field of rheometry. Its product portfolio includes density and concentration meters for both laboratory and process, viscometers, rheometers, polarimeters and refractometers; and instruments for X-ray structure analysis, microwave synthesis and microwave decomposition.

The Austrian company Anton Paar has sales subsidiaries around the world and numerous international sales partners. It has an export rate of around 90 percent and sells to more than 110 countries. The investment in Research & Development amounts to around 20 percent of the annual turnover of Anton Paar. Anton Paar GmbH is owned by the charitable Santner Foundation.
