New High-Sensitivity Immunoassays from MilliporeSigma Detect Picogram Level Cytokines

Robert Keith, R&D Scientist, MilliporeSigma, a business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, introduces the new human and mouse MILLIPLEX® MAP High Sensitivity Cytokine Panels. Hear how these multiplex T Cell assays enable the detection of cytokine biomarkers at low levels, critical for the understanding of disease pathways, such as those involved in cancer and metabolic disease. The Human High Sensitivity T Cell Magnetic Bead Panel is available in both 96- and a new 384-well format, for increased experimental throughput.

MILLIPLEX® MAP Mouse High Sensitivity T Cell Panel - Immunology Multiplex Assay

Merck

Simultaneously analyze low levels of cytokine and chemokine biomarkers with the High Sensitivity Bead-Based Multiplex Assays using the Luminex technology, in mouse serum, plasma and cell culture samples. Analytes available: GM-CSF, IFNγ, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-10, IL-12 (p70), IL-13, IL-17A, KC/CXCL1, LIX, MCP-1, MIP-2, TNF-α Available as a configurable kit (pick your analytes - MHSTCMAG-70K) or 18-plex premixed kit (MHSTCMAG-70KPMX). MILLIPLEX® MAP offers the broadest selection of analytes across a wide range of disease states and species. Once the analytes of interest have been identified, you can rely on the quality that we build into each kit to produce results you can trust. In addition to the assay characteristics listed in the protocol, other performance criteria evaluated during the validation process include: cross-reactivity, dilution linearity, kit stability and sample behavior (e.g. detectability and stability). Each panel and kit meets stringent manufacturing criteria to ensure batch-to-batch reproducibility. Each MILLIPLEX® MAP panel and kit includes: • Quality controls (QCs) provided to qualify assay performance • Comparison of standard (calibrator) and QC lots to a reference lot to ensure lot-to-lot consistency • Optimized serum matrix to mimic native analyte environment • Detection antibody cocktails designed to yield consistent analyte profiles within panel

MILLIPLEX® MAP 384-well Human High Sensitivity T Cell Panel - Immunology Multiplex Assay

Merck

The MILLIPLEX® MAP 384-well Human High Sensitivity T Cell Panel is part of the most versatile system available for cytokine research. From our single to multiplex biomarker solutions, we partner with you to design, develop, analytically validate and build the most comprehensive library available for protein detection and quantitation. This kit may be used for the analysis of all or any combination of the 384-well Human High Sensitivity T Cell panel analytes in serum, plasma, or tissue/cell culture supernatant. Analytes available: Fractalkine, GM-CSF, IFNγ, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12 (p70), IL-13, IL-17A, IL-21, IL-23, ITAC, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, MIP-3α, TNF-α. Available as a configurable kit (pick your analytes - HSTC384-28K) or 21-plex premixed kit (HSTCMAG384-PX21).
