Validation of an impedance-based cytotoxicity assay for high-throughput screening
14 Sept 2021In this application note, a high-throughput screening (HTS) cytotoxicity assay was validated using the Maestro ZHT platform. The Maestro ZHT platform performs cell-based assays in 96-and 384-well plate formats. Using label-free impedance technology, cell viability may be monitored continuously over time within the Maestro ZHT under integrated environmental control. The validation study results support an impedance-based cytotoxicity assay with CytoView-Z 384-well plates on the Maestro ZHT for HTS applications.
