Transfer of an HPLC USP Method to an ACQUITY UPLC H-Class System

HPLC methods typically require higher flow rates, larger column dimensions and larger injection volumes than typical UPLC analyzers. This application note describes a method to use the same method on an UPLC system, enabling the laboratory to utilize new equipment with the goal of modernizing the laboratory.
