Trace Glyphosate Analysis in Drinking Water by LC-Fluorescence Post-Column Derivatization: EPA Method 547

19 Sept 2018

Current EPA-recommended LC-MS protocols for the analysis of glycophosphate in drinking water introduce challenges associated with ion-exchange or ion-exclusion. This application note describes the analysis of glycophosphate by LC-MS in 15 minutes, without the need for column regeneration after each injection, using the RezexTM RFQ Fast Acid ion-exclusion column.
