The Determination of Total Protein Using the LAMBDA UV/Vis Spectrophotometer: Bradford Method

29 Mar 2016

This application note describes use of the Bradford protein assay, a spectroscopic analytical procedure used to determine the concentration of protein in a solution. In this study the LAMBDA™ 465 UV/Vis Spectrophotometer from PerkinElmer was used with the UV Lab™ Software. The results from the study show this method obtains good sensitivity and has rapid acquirement of spectra.
