Separation of clavulanate and amoxicillin using the Kinetex 5 µm C18 column and under USP allowable adjustments

In this application note, Phenomenex presents the related substances test of the USP monograph which outlines the separation of all relevant impurities from clavulanate potassium. This method was studied and improvements were made to provide higher resolution (Rs) and a faster separation time within allowable adjustments.
