Quantitative Fluorescence Western Blot Using Amersham™ WB System

In this application note, the Amersham WB system is used to conduct a comparative performance evaluation of a novel total protein normalization method versus endogenous protein normalization. The data shows that the novel total protein normalization method is an excellent alternative to endogenous protein normalization.
