Improving Data Reliability and Laboratory Efficiency Testing of Fluoroquinolones in Fatty and Non-Fatty Fish Samples with One Method using Automated Solid Phase Extraction and New Consumable Technologies
13 Aug 2018Fluoroquinolones in fatty and non-fatty fish samples are an important indicator of the quality and safety of farm-raised fish. In this study, samples of fish are prepared for HPLC testing with automated SPE using the SmartPrep® Extractor, followed by evaporation with the XcelVap® System.
