Effective Strategies for Phospholipid Removal using Supported Liquid Extraction (SLE) with LC-MS/MS Analysis
25 Oct 2011This poster compares phospholipid removal using a wide variety of solvent combinations, pH control and polar extraction solvents on supported liquid extraction (SLE) plates. It was shown that the strong retention characteristics of phospholipids and subsequent co-elution was overcome using SLE. Phospholipids were observed at a low level with a variety of pH pre-treatment/extraction solvent combinations.
