Development of Culture Surfaces for Human Embryonic Stem Cells Using a Combinatorial Approach

13 Mar 2011

This application poster assesses combinatorial chemistry and high throughput parallel screening to generate surfaces for hES cell culture. A high-throughput process that can produce a large library of surfaces in multiple well microplate formats is developed to get efficient and reliable cell response. A fast screening process was developed for screening of candidates supporting the growth of hES cell and their differentiated derivatives.
